Our courses, checkout and student accounts are provided through Teachable.

Purchases are processed through Teachable Payments (teachable:pay), with Teachable acting as merchant of record for eligible transactions.
Teachable handles the checkout, payment processing and applicable sales taxes. We do not receive or store your full credit or debit card details.
Teachable and its payment partners may collect and process information required to complete your transaction in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

Teachable – course hosting and delivery, student accounts, checkout, payments and related services.

These providers may process personal data on our behalf, act as independent data controllers or, in certain circumstances, share responsibility for particular processing activities with us. Their role depends on the service and type of processing involved.

Our courses are not intended for children under the age of 13.
That is because Teachable, the platform we use to deliver our courses, does not allow children under 13 to create an account or use its platform. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Teachable and access our courses.
If we become aware that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected in connection with our services, we will take appropriate steps to have that information deleted.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
