These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you purchase or access a course from Make Something Lovely.
Make Something Lovely is operated by Copy Charlotte AB ("Make Something Lovely", "we", "us" or "our").
By purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before making a purchase.
1. About These Terms
When you purchase a course from Make Something Lovely, the agreement for the course is between you and Copy Charlotte AB.
Our courses are hosted and delivered through Teachable, which provides the course platform and processes payments on our behalf. Teachable has its own terms and policies that also apply when you use its platform.

2. Our Courses
Make Something Lovely offers online courses designed to help you learn new hobbies and skills at your own pace.
The individual course page will explain what the course includes, any materials or equipment you will need and other information specific to that course.
Unless otherwise stated, materials and equipment are not included in the course price.
You will need a suitable device and internet connection to access the online course. Course content that we make available for download can also be saved to your own device for offline use.
3. Prices, Taxes and Payment
The price of each course is shown on the relevant course page and at checkout.
Payments are processed through Teachable Payments. Teachable acts as our payment collection agent and uses third-party payment providers to process transactions. The payment methods available to you will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Prices may be displayed or charged in different currencies depending on your location and the payment options available at checkout. Where currency conversion applies, the amount charged may include a currency conversion fee.
Applicable taxes, such as VAT, sales tax or GST, may be added to or included in the price depending on your location and applicable law. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout. Where required, taxes are calculated, collected and remitted through Teachable Payments.
Your purchase is complete once your payment has been successfully processed. You will receive confirmation of your purchase by email.
4. Refunds
If you change your mind about a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
To request a refund, contact us at and include the email address you used when making your purchase.
Once a refund has been issued, you will no longer have access to the course. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
5. Course Access and Downloads
When you purchase a course, you will have access to the online course for as long as it remains available through Make Something Lovely.
Course lessons and materials that form part of your purchase will also be made available for download for your personal use. You may save and keep your downloaded copies and return to them whenever you like.
Because online access depends on the continued availability of the course and the course platform, we recommend downloading any course content you wish to keep.
If we decide to discontinue a course or close the Make Something Lovely course platform, we will give affected customers reasonable advance notice where possible and an opportunity to download the course content before online access ends.
6. Course Availability and Changes
We may occasionally update or make changes to a course, for example to improve the content, correct errors, update information or adapt the course to changes in technology or the platform we use.
We will not charge you for updates to a course you have already purchased.
We may also change the platform or technology used to provide our courses. If we do, we will take reasonable steps to make sure you can continue to access the course you purchased.
From time to time, access to our courses may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to restore access as soon as practicable.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
7. Personal Use and Intellectual Property
When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the course and its materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Course videos, written lessons, downloads, images and other course materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and, unless otherwise stated, belong to Make Something Lovely. Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
You may download course lessons and materials where we make them available for download and keep those copies for your own personal use.
You may not share, sell, reproduce, publish, upload, distribute or otherwise make the course or its materials available to anyone else. You may not use the course materials to create, teach or sell your own course, workshop, training or other commercial product without our prior written permission.
Course access is for the individual who purchased or was given access to the course. You may not share your account or login details with another person or allow another person to use your account to access a course.
These restrictions apply to the course content and materials themselves. They do not prevent you from using the skills and techniques you learn through a course, including to create and sell your own original work.
If we reasonably believe that course access or materials are being shared or used in breach of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access to the course. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
8. Age Requirements
Our courses are hosted on Teachable. Under Teachable’s terms, you must be at least 13 years old to use its platform. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Teachable.
If you are under 18, any purchase must also be made or approved by a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
9. Course Results
Our courses are designed to help you learn and develop new skills, but everyone learns differently. We cannot guarantee any particular result or level of skill from taking a course.
Your results will depend on factors such as the time you spend practising and how you apply what you learn.
10. Materials and Safety
Some courses may involve the use of tools, materials or equipment. Please follow the instructions provided with the course and any safety information supplied by the manufacturer of the products you use.
You are responsible for choosing materials and equipment that are suitable for you and for using them safely. If a course involves any specific safety considerations, these will be explained in the course where appropriate.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for problems caused by your own device, software, internet connection or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are also not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when you purchased the course.
12. Errors and Corrections
We try to make sure that course descriptions, prices and other information on our website are accurate.
Occasionally, information may contain an obvious error or technical problem. If we discover an error that materially affects your purchase, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take appropriate steps to correct it.
If we are unable to provide a course you have purchased, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund where required.
Nothing in this section affects your rights under applicable consumer law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, technology or applicable law.
The latest version will always be available on our website, with the date of the most recent update shown at the top.
Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively remove or reduce rights that formed part of a course purchase you have already made, except where a change is required by law.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
We encourage you to contact us first if a dispute arises so that we can try to resolve it together.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute, consumers may also have the right to refer the matter to an applicable consumer dispute resolution body. In Sweden, disputes may be submitted to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), subject to its eligibility requirements.
